So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. (Mark 16:19 KJV)
Before His ascension, Jesus was obviously excited about what He had accomplished on the cross. As He addressed the disciples, He said
(Mark 16:17) “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;”. He opened another dimension within which believers can operate in. This is all through His name! There is no other name that can be named capable of fulfilling what the name of Jesus can do. His name is superior, the Word testifies He has given Him a name above every name that at the mention of it every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord in all heaven and in all the earth (Phil 2:9).
When His work was accomplished, He was received into heaven and sat at the right hand of God. There He is ever living and making intercession for the saints. Beautiful, we do not have to moan why they crucified Him, instead we have to celebrate that God’s plan worked perfectly as it always does. We are given His name as a weapon, it is given to us as a signature to use in prayer. When we pray in the name of Jesus, the Father is always ready to hear and to fulfill every promise He gave to us in His Word.
His Name sends shockwaves into every corner of the nations. It brings restoration of that which was stolen. Now in the Name of Jesus, I speak restoration and recovery of everything the enemy stole from you! I command restoration for your family, business, your fruits, profits, money and peace. Chains that were binding you in every area are loosed in that Name.
As you put your faith in the name of Jesus and declare it, you position yourself for victory in every circumstance. Do not fear, speak His name in faith. As He is at the right hand of the Father, He has taken the ministry of intercession for you. Nothing is difficult for the Lord, just allow Him through faith to work in the situation through the name of Jesus.
It might seem dark and lonely in that valley but with the name of Jesus, you are never alone. His name lights dark alleys and releases grace like you have not experienced before.
Declare this,
Thank you Lord for the name of Jesus. I am excited and confident that Jesus came and accomplished His work on the cross. I am thankful that He is seated at your right hand ever living and interceding for me. I see every promise fulfilled in my life in Jesus’ name.
