The starting point of anything is of importance and understanding of origins, reasons, purpose etc should not be overlooked. As already declared, you are a spiritual being seeking to have a human experience.
Never take your spiritual origin for granted. Your date of birth matters only as your entry into this side of eternity. Many spend their time without a single investment in the spirit man where things really matter. You will be surprised to see a believer of many years with no Bible and if they have it it’s not read and is one of those old books on their shelves. You have no idea how much you are making things hard for yourself! When the spirit is in place, the physical becomes easier.
1 Peter 1:23-24
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:
You are born again of the word and it carries certain qualities:
It is incorruptible
It lives and abides forever
On the other end the flesh no matter How much you torn it, it withers and falls away. This means your investment has to originate from the spirit and not from the flesh. Incorruptible means immortal, this is the seed of your spirit man!. Don’t overlook it. The rest is dust and to dust it returns. Today as I expect you to continue to pray, as the Lord to revive your spirit man and gives it purpose.
Build your spirit man through prayer, fasting, meditation and an study of the word of God. This way you will promote yourself to live above the circumstances of this world. You will only only observe and see the reward of the wicked (Psa 91)

# Focus on the spirit man
# 1 Timothy 4:8~ For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
#Raise your level of spirituality, the key is in your hands.
