As part of his ministry, Jesus deployed the twelve to exercise power over unclean spirits.
Mark 6:7
And he called unto him the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits;
I want you to understand that this power is the power of the Holy Spirit, given in the form of anointing oil. As the twelve went forth, they experienced tremendous results. Look at this,
Mark 6:12-13
And they went out, and preached that men should repent. And they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and healed them.
They cast out many Devils and ANOINTED with oil many that were sick and healed them. The demons that were responsible for keeping these people in bondage could not stand the power of the anointing oil Jesus had given to the twelve.
John the Baptist gives a testimony of the coming of Jesus and the great things He would be capable of;
Luke 3:16-17
John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:
Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and will gather the wheat into his garner; but the chaff he will burn with fire unquenchable.
He admits he baptized with water but Jesus would baptize with the Holy Ghost and FIRE. His work was going to be more thorough resulting in a total purge of the floor. He would yield the harvest and burn the chaff. Now this is the power we are talking about! The Holy Spirit is represented by that oil that you will be anointed with. When this oil touches you, the Holy Spirit will begin His work for 2016! To purge the floor, gather the wheat and burn the chaff. In your body and system, everything that was wrong will be purged, everything that was is profitable will be gathered and harvested and the chaff, which excess and unprofitable will be burnt.
All I am doing is to get you ready for the work of the Holy Spirit in a few hours time. Every disease that was tormenting your body will be burnt by the fire of the Holy Spirit! Every demon that was slowing down your progress will not stand what God is out to do in this season. Raise your faith as you believe in the work that the Holy will do in your life.
This Sunday,
~He will thoroughly purge the floor (new levels)
~He will gather the wheat into in the garner (you will become more fruitful in all areas)
~He will gather the chaff and burn it with fire unquenchable
Are you ready? The Holy Spirit is ready. Your 2016 will not and should not be the same.
Uhh, I see Him gathering the chaff of that sickness, childlessness, fear, poverty, lack of progress, misfortune! That chaff of tormenting family spirits anti your progress are in trouble. Your season has come just raise your faith high, don’t let it hang low. Big things are about to happen. Will you believe with me for a new season in your life?
