Because we know that this extraordinary day is just ahead, we pray for you all the time—pray that our God will make you fit for what he’s called you to be, pray that he’ll fill your good ideas and acts of faith with his own energy so that it all amounts to something. (2 Thessalonians 1:11 MSG)
Solomon says that, ‘in all labour there is profit’ but many times this has not been the experience of God’s children. This is mainly because the devil fights to keep one in poverty. The end result has been frustration and never ending circles of toil for many.
Paul made this a point of prayer for the church. He prayed that God would make you fit for what He has called you to be. This means that your purpose must be fulfilled here on earth just as God desires it for you. He also prayed that God fills your good ideas and acts of faith with his own energy, vitality and power so that it all amounts to something. God wants you to succeed! He is the author of those good ideas. It is however imperative that you counter every force of evil seeking your failure.
You must commit all your good ideas and acts of faith to God in prayer. This will keep God’s power active in all you do. Without God breathing life into it, failure is inevitable as the enemy is lurking for an opportunity to wreck your ideas and efforts.
Poverty is spiritual and so is prosperity. You need a connection into the supernatural power of God to achieve prosperity in all the areas of your life. Today, take charge of things and pray for the works of your hands to amount to something.
I pray that the enemy will not steal from you anymore. The hands that have put it together shall eat the fruit thereof. The one who has planted will harvest and enjoy the fruit of his labour. Your results will not be delayed anymore in Jesus’ name.
Declare this,
I command results in all my good ideas and acts of faith. I am entering my rest and will enjoy the fruits of my labour!
