Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place. For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish: (2 Corinthians 2:14-15 KJV)
We are meant to be God’s billboard, His example of the privileges that belong to those who choose for Christ to dwell in their hearts. Whatever situation you face in your life, you are assured of victory as you keep your heart anchored on His word and your eyes firmly focused on Him.
The Apostle Paul had seen a lot of challenges, tribulation, near death situations and persecution in his life. In all this, he acknowledges that God always causes us to triumph and experience victory. The testimony itself will be like a perfume of his knowledge to those who do not know God and encouragement to those who know Him.
What are you facing today? You can hold on to this word, with assurance that He will come through. Is it a disease, or a financial situation? Before you give up know that He always causes victory if we keep standing. In their journey from Egypt, the children of Israel witnessed a mighty victory in the crossing of the Red Sea and in seeing their enemy dead upon the shores. As they progressed they came to a place where there was no water, some of them started to murmur. Moses prayed and the Lord showed him a plant which turned bitter waters into water they could consume (Exodus 15:25). Just as they progressed, they came to a Elim, a place which had twelve wells of water (Exodus 15:27). I encourage you today, it might look dry but victory is in your camp. Keep moving forward! I see twelve wells ahead of you. Refuse for the enemy to make you complain too early. Victory is in your camp!
Face that situation with courage! He who has began a good work in you will finish it. He is forever faithful to ensure you make it no matter what the enemy has planned against you. Keep standing, keep confessing the word! I pray for you today that you find victory in your situation today no matter what things are looking like.
Declare this,
I shout out my thanksgiving to God who gives me victory in every situation. I refuse to give up. I refuse to murmur. I am a testimony and source of knowledge for the whole world of what God can do.
